Viewing and editing incidents

The default view is a map, showing incidents as coloured circles.

  • Green - All incidents resolved
  • Red - All incidents unresolved
  • Blue - Mixture of resolved & unresolved incidents

You will be able to see incidents that you or other users from your organisation have recorded. You may be able to see incidents from users in other organisations, but only if those organisations have opted to share that information.

You will have full edit rights to any incidents that you recorded

You will have partial edit rights to incidents recorded by other users in your organisation (changing the status)

You will not have any edit rights for incidents recorded by users in other organisations.

If you are zoomed out the incidents may show as clusters.

Tapping on an incident or cluster will show more information including photos if available. Depending on rights, you may also be able to edit the incident details from here.

You can also see the mapped incidents in a table view. Tap on the filter (funnel) icon, scroll down and tap ‘View List’. Tap ‘Map’ on top bar to return to the map view.

You can choose what mapping information to show or hide using the map layer tool (stacked squares). The unfolded map tool below allows you change the opacity of the background maps.
