First, you will need to zoom the map sufficiently so that you can accurately place a point at the incident location. The system will not let you record an incident if you are not sufficiently zoomed. Tap on ‘Add incident’ button and then again on the map to locate the incident. If the positioning isn’t correct you can drag the map marker to the correct location with the mouse.
The remaining boxes need to be completed and optionally you can add notes and photos. Only photos in JPEG format will be recognised. It is advised that you do not include personal or sensitive information (e.g., car registrations, addresses, names etc.) in notes or photos.
